Lighting the Spark aims to boost the confidence in young people whilst providing them the basic skills and knowledge required to make informed choices about their future career paths. The program focuses on introducing participants to the idea that they may be able to forge their own future and follow their dreams by creating their own business or enterprise.

The program is facilitated by experienced entrepreneurs and is currently delivered to individuals of all ages.

The program is delivered in schools, community groups and is also available for individuals to attend scheduled sessions. 

The “Lighting the Spark” program commenced in 2022 in partnership with Young Change Agents (https://youngchangeagents.com/) via funding from the Federal Government’s “Women in STEM and Entrepreneurship (WISE)” grants.
