Four winds is our flagship employment services program designed to help get your career up and running. The program is targeted towards First Nations, long term unemployed and hard to reach clients who need extra support in not only finding work, but preparing for it and also keeping it once you have it. 

The program is broken into 3 key areas:

1. Pre employment

2. Mentoring and behavioural support

3. Employment and ongoing support

Our team of staff guide participants through
all stages of the program whilst maintaining the
end goal of employment at the programs conclusion.

"Four Winds" is currently available throughout designated
regions of QLD, however if located in another region please
